  • Membership Secretary: The Membership Secretary keeps an up-to-date list of MPNC members and helps out with other tasks as needed.

  • Treasurer: The Treasurer handles MPNC’s finances, keeping accurate records and ensuring everything follows proper accounting practices. They also prepare financial reports for the community, usually every quarter but at least once a year.

  • Minutes Secretary: The Minutes Secretary records votes and keeps track of meeting minutes for all MPNC meetings and any other relevant gatherings.

  • Member at Large: Members At Large serve on the Board of Officers, helping with decision-making. The Board can elect up to three Members At Large.
